Rose no longer blogs but that
is how I met Rose many years ago.
and I have been enjoying her annual
Christmas Luncheon ever since...
Every year it just gets better and
Better....
Rose as many of you know
hand makes all of her Santa's
From sculpting the faces
to the painting...
To the making of the clothes...
Every Santa is different
and very Spectacular...
Every inch is made by
Rose's incredibly talented hands...
So....sit back....there is a lot to absorb...

Wow, wow, wow! I remember Santamaker (have we been blogging a long time or what?) Rose's home is nothing short of amazing, I can't even imagine the hours she puts into bringing Christmas to life in her gorgeous home. Thank you for sharing this Sue. Now can you get her to start blogging again? ;>)

It is truly wonderful the friends we've made from blogging... and sad that so many of us have given it up... but great that the friendships outlast the online presence. Rose is a true artist! HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE.... CARS AS FAR AS THE EYE COULD SEE.... AND PEOPLE WALKING.... LIKE IF YOU MADE IT TO THE TOP SOMEONE WOULD GIVE YOU A MILLION DOLLARS.....OR IN MY CASE....  TOM SELLECK IN THE BUFF...... THANK GOODNESS FOR THE "HANDICAPABLE" TAG... I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.........a Blog Pause.

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...

TIME OUT..........................

In the best interest of my left hand I find it necessary to take a short break from blogging.......that nasty staph infection has refused to go away and with no signs of it improving I need to stop using the computer......every time I go online to type the finger resembles W.C. Fields nose.....not a good thing.....I hope I can return soon and catch up with my Weekends in Paris....but in the meantime...remember.....Don't garden without gloves!! See you all soon.....
