FOOTBALL SUNDAY..........This One is For the Guys.

I Just brought this Tray of Snacks up to the
Boss....
It consists of.....
One full bag of Puff Corn.....whatever that is....
one bowl for Puff Corn....One napkin so Puff Corn doesn't "orange" the Boss' hands....
one full ice bucket....including tongs....so Boss' hands don't get wet.
One container of Pistachio nuts....partially eaten....And a Cup for
Shells....
And last but not least the miniature bottle of Coke Zero because the Boss is on a Diet...
I call this Tray the.....

"I'm going out shopping for the day while you watch nonsense and I don't want to be
Bothered for the rest of the day with food requests....
Ice refills....or to empty your "shell" bowl.....
So call me when the Games are over because I will be downstairs watching I'm
Sure some sort of Housewives Marathon on Bravo and unlike Men
I am very happy to be watching it on a 22" screen that won't
Blind Me"
Enjoy the Game...

Just wish I had somewhere to go shopping without going on a road trip. Bob will probably go to the garage soon to putz and watch football out there. Thank goodness!! Sally

Haha! I just went to one of my favorite markets and enjoyed the warmth and beauty of everything in the greenhouse....unfortunately the game isn't until tonight so I will be watching it anyway. Hope you buy something pretty!!

Wow, you are good! I just leave and say see you later. He knows where the snacks and frig is and I don't see him bringing me anything while i am engrossed in Downton Abbey! :)

HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE.... CARS AS FAR AS THE EYE COULD SEE.... AND PEOPLE WALKING.... I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.........a Blog Pause.

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...

TIME OUT..........................

In the best interest of my left hand I find it necessary to take a short break from blogging.......that nasty staph infection has refused to go away and with no signs of it improving I need to stop using the computer......every time I go online to type the finger resembles W.C. Fields nose.....not a good thing.....I hope I can return soon and catch up with my Weekends in Paris....but in the meantime...remember.....Don't garden without gloves!! See you all soon.....
