YOUR TAKING ME WHERE?????????


Poor Boo.....it's getting to be that time of year again and it seems he knows that I was on the phone today with the Ropers over at "Sleepy Hollow Kennel"....the resort for dogs....I put in my reservation for the Boopster to spend his Christmas at the next best thing to a spa.....not really, no play time at this kennel.....Just good "we love your animal as much as you do" care....Upon getting off the phone I told him the good news and he attempted to give me the raspberries......So much for dogs not knowing what's going on.....

Aw Boo...Kipper knows just how you feel. He truly does feel your pain. I think those raspberries are justified sweet face.

Awww...we've given up on Maxie staying in a kennel. He's just so unhappy.... We usually get a dog sitter to house sit and lately we've been staying in hotels that allow dogs (he's a very good traveler).

Oh, sweet Boo. I hope he gets lots of love at the kennel. I have a dog sitter come for Otis and Riley when we go away. They like being at home.

Isn't it amazing how they figure things out as soon as they happen. Little psychic beasties...

hmmm-i really want to but my abby has been an only dog for 12 years and i don't want her to feel replaced for a newer model.

I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.........a Blog Pause.

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...

TIME OUT..........................

In the best interest of my left hand I find it necessary to take a short break from blogging.......that nasty staph infection has refused to go away and with no signs of it improving I need to stop using the computer......every time I go online to type the finger resembles W.C. Fields nose.....not a good thing.....I hope I can return soon and catch up with my Weekends in Paris....but in the meantime...remember.....Don't garden without gloves!! See you all soon.....
