Thank you for your VERY sweet comment...What a WEEK. And after I had all those nice things to say about my mom in my email with you, LOL. She's feeling much better and with any luck will be out of the hospital sometime Tuesday or Wednesday. I for SURE have something extra to be thankful for this year!

Sue, Love your turkeys. I am going to try your soup, looks very good. Our vet actually told us to give him the Robitussin because his throat might be soar. He seems to be doing better. Just need to fatten him up a bit. He has been playing. I love your dog. He is so beautiful. Have a great Thanksgiving!

I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.........a Blog Pause.

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...
