I love watching the snow fall from the sky. The snow is a real treat for this southern belle...as long as I don't have to drive in the stuff. Remember when you and the Boss came to rescue me when I hit an ice patch and blew two tires? You are the best friend a gal could have!

I am here in NJ waiting for the snow to begin. We had a dusting last night, but the "best" is yet to come. Needless to say, my husband is away on a golfing, or not-golfing trip in NC, so it was up to me to drag out the snow blower. Fun!

I have been to Atlanta many times as my oldest brother has lived there for over 30 years. I love it. If I had to move to the south, it's the area I would want to live in.

Aww why do you want it to stop! It's been so lovely, all those big flakes! We've been enjoying the snow today - it's such a treat to be able to enjoy it for a day and know that tomorrow it'll be gone.

The storm is coming my way tonight. Just in time for a messy ride back to work tomorrow. But I'll get there, I'm not taking a vacation day for a measly 4-8 inches, I'll wait until it's sunny and 90.

A friend of mine is on a trip to GA and she just wrote on her blog that it's snowing there today. Her children and grandchildren are with her, and she said none of them brought coats for the trip, so they're brrrr!!!
Since we don't ever get snow here where I live, I'm just jealous (just kidding), 'cause I love the snow. I guess that's because I've never lived where it snows and you have to "deal" with trying to live your life in spite of the snow. But I think it's beautiful.
BTW, I just now found out that you were following BzPlace. My computer wasn't displaying any of my followers, so I didn't know who everyone was, until I went on a different computer and now it's displaying everyone who is following my blog. Thank you for "joining" BzPlace.

We've had unusual snow falls this winter. As we head towards spring the temperature is still very chilly. When I look out to my yard, it's hard to imagine how it will be in bloom again.
Cuddle up with your pup and enjoy a favorite tea with something sweet. Hopefully you'll find yourself in a warmer season soon.

Crazy weather. We were in North Carolina and we had to get out of there quick so we wouldn't get stuck in snow and ice. Florida is my kind of place, but I love snow photos!

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...

You probably have more things around the house to dress up your table then you think....This week I decided to do a take on Monet's Table in Giverney France.....If you have ever seen a picture of his home Claude had the original designer kitchen.....We had the pleasure of visiting the home while in France and we even had a picnic on the grounds before touring the home and gardens. When we got back home daughter bought me this lovely book. Who doesn't love "House Hunters".....you get to sit back and see inside people's homes....you get to see different style houses in different parts of the country and the best part......how the houses are decorated.....It's virtual house shopping......Well me and the Boss have turned this into an art... Not by choice......it has just happened.... We live in Atlanta but as everyone knows we would love to move back to the "Motherland" New Jersey We know.....who would want to actually move to N.J. but as you also know that's where daughter and Miss B reside..... We have been looking at homes for years now......some of you know why we haven't made the move yet and it's just too wacky for the rest of you to understand.... Let's just say it's a timing thing.......
