IF WOMEN DESIGNED PICK-UP TRUCKS...........

They would make them convertibles......................


This is the Boss' new "guy" toy......I have to admit, I have always hated pick up trucks......They are like the State Vehicle of Georgia.....much like the state bird.....but I love this truck, it's totally useless....It's the size of a Corvette on the inside, the bed is carpeted and has fancy wood trim, it has a permanent cover over the bed and ofcourse it's a convertible.....Kudos's to the man that designed it....us women couldn't have done any better!!

I have a pick-up that I LOVE! Her name is Libby...She's just a small "girly" pick-up. Ever since I first got her, I have thought about having her "converted". Alas...no money for such frivolity.

We have a truck too. Only our truck hauls drywall, 2X4's, and compost so that we can finish our house and yard. I am longing for the day that we wont need it anymore. Mimi

Thanks for the visit ... dogs left waiting, impatiently are not stolen ... its a common occurance here to leave them outside coffee and food shops .. I dont know the statistics but trust me of there was a lot of pup stealing, it would be on the news and I'd be able to answer better.

Its not as if there arent people around AND I suspect if a stranger approached the dog would bark/growl.

I SEE DEAD PEOPLE.........a Blog Pause.

Daughter got a call on Wednesday at 4:00 a.m. from our home town Police Force..... It seems the "Big Boss" called them after seeing women in his closet and a dead man hanging from his Ceiling Fan.... Only Problem.......He doesn't have any ceiling fans in his house... Daughter...... having to make the decision what to do with him.....since we were home in Georgia sound asleep....and unable to hear even a bomb go off... Had the police take him to the local hospital...... Now the BB is heading towards 90 in a few months.... He lives alone and still drives.... We have been trying to get him into an Assisted Living Home for the past three years... He refused to budge.... He refused to let anyone into the house.. We also tried to get him to give up his license....to no avail.... The sad part is we could not get anyone to assist us... His doctor told us years ago that he was a grown man and we couldn't tell him what to do.... So back to the ER this Wednesday he was checked ...

TIME OUT..........................

In the best interest of my left hand I find it necessary to take a short break from blogging.......that nasty staph infection has refused to go away and with no signs of it improving I need to stop using the computer......every time I go online to type the finger resembles W.C. Fields nose.....not a good thing.....I hope I can return soon and catch up with my Weekends in Paris....but in the meantime...remember.....Don't garden without gloves!! See you all soon.....
